This has to be highlight of my Japan 訂房網站. The location is exactly where you wish to be if you’re looking to be surrounded by mountains and the outdoor onsen sitting inside in it just make its worthwhile. Also I have to give shout out to Tangerina (I think thats her name) she was just lovely to talk and randomly asked her the fastest way to reach Fujikawaguchiko the next day as it was my next stop and she was giving her 100% to get me detailed information which really helped me in my journey. So yeah if you’re looking this post you’re me and my wife star. Arigato 💙

跟女兒兩成人入住，也去過不同日式旅館一泊二食很多遍。新穗高/平湯溫泉這次定了兩家這是第一家。酒店位置景觀都非常好。裝修很好。食物不錯。前台主管姐姐服務也很好也很賣力要點贊。也説現在人員不夠要求包容。但是變成一些服務不到位。溫泉池，地板等打掃不到位，很多青苔，我都差點滑倒幾遍! 太危險，也感覺比較臟。可能為了省錢，通道都沒開暖氣整個公共空間太冷。另外居然可以從外面一直把行李拉進房間裡面。。為一直過來的通道的榻榻米擔憂。。也為整體衞生擔憂。人進酒店要脫鞋但是輪子不需要😂 餐廳兩位服務員。一位還可以另一位小姐姐全程板臉。小盆子臟了要求更換直接跟我説‘No' - 不知這是什麼日式服務。另酒店（我住當天）基本是外國客人。。菜單也是英文套在日語格式的的（哈哈！）。估計這是家主要對西方客戶的但就不是傳統日式服務了。

酒店是很難得的高山地區房間中帶私湯的酒店。溫泉水很舒服。雖然已是春天、但上山的路上依然積雪很厚、距離市區有點遠、建議自駕或者租車前往。泡著溫泉欣賞霧氣朦朧的山景。晚餐是飛驒牛和龍蝦餐

Initially we were slightly weirded out by the location as we arrived slightly before check in time and there was no one at the front desk or in the hotel. However, when we were finally checked in, we realised we were the only guests staying at the time and basically had all the onsens to ourself. Service by Tangerine was impeccable as she attended to our every need and even helped us with a discount for our next destination! She was flexible to allow us to use the onsen at any timing we pleased! It was a great experience for us newbies and would definitely recommend for a quick getaway
